Private and Semi-Private Instruction:

While group classes are an effective way of learning and practicing yoga and Pilates, these disciplines remain an entirely personal practice. There comes a time when you are best served in a one-on-one relationship with a teacher. Personalized instruction means that each exercise or pose is evaluated in light of your own special needs.

Private lessons are generally 60 to 90 minutes long and are held wherever Kristin can provide the props and environment that meet your needs. Contact us directly to arrange a time.
